Intended results Provide expertise to Senator Martin on his proposed Domestic Violence (Amendment) Bill (2) 2023 which seeks to amend Section 33 of the Domestic Violence Act 2018 to reflect a hybrid offence, which could be prosecuted summarily or on indictment and to amend the Schedule of the Bail Act 2018 to include Section 33 of the Domestic Violence Act 2018.
