Intended results Minister Donnelly was invited to speak at INMO Annual Delegate Conference. The General Secretary Phil Ní Sheaghdha responded to the Minister's remarks advocating for safe staffing, better working and pay conditions for nurses and midwives. Duncan Smith, health spokesperson for Labour Party, attended INMO ADC to hear the motions of conference. The motions advocated for safe staffing, better working and pay conditions for nurses and midwives.
