Specific Details The launch of Engineers Ireland's State of Ireland 2016 Report, an annual review of infrastructure in Ireland. This year the report had a particular focus on energy. Subcategories included transport, water, wastewater, flooding, flood management and waste.

Intended results Minister Denis Naughten was invited to launch the report; the aim was to familarise him with the report and its list of recommendations and to also introduce him to the work of Engineers Ireland.

Invited Minister Naughten TD to launch the State of Ireland report in Engineers Ireland offices on 31st May. Minister attended and addressed a group of 40-50 engineers at the lunchtime launch.
