In response to request from Deputy Jennifer Carroll MacNeill's office, IPRT Acting Executive Director Molly Joyce provided information on the transfer of prisoners out of the Irish state and also the operation of parole alongside IPRT's view on some of the key issues arising in respect of both regimes.
