Invitation to meet with Oxfam Ireland and Access to Medicines Ireland to discuss civil society recommendations for the International Treaty on Pandemic Preparedness, Response and Recovery. Included People's Vaccine Alliance and Oxfam's Treaty recommendations particularly Research and Development and supply of countermeasures for pandemics including finance mechanisms for different approaches to R&D, conditionalities to public funding of R&D and maximising supply by ensuring technology transfer including to developing countries.
