Letter sent to Taoiseach Micheal Martin on 4/11/22 (copying Minister Michael McGrath, Minister Roderic O'Gorman, Minister Stephen Donnelly, Minister Anne Rabbitte and Special Advisor Noel Byrne). It called for the transfer of disability functions to be completed as soon as possible, and in the meantime for effective management and collaboration between the Department of Health and the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth.
