Specific Details We sought to make officials within Dept of Public Expenditure and Reform aware of benefits of Enclude's IT system used by over 60% of community and voluntary addiction services in Ireland, and to explore how this approach might be adopted in other social service areas.

Intended results To raise awareness within Dept of Public Expenditure and Reform of Enclude's existing work with over 60% of addiction services in Ireland, and of the potential to benefit other social service areas through low cost affordable appropriate shared solutions, which meet information needs for local and regional organisations, and facilitate the aggregation of data to inform public policy.
