At that meeting, we presented detailed data on income bands; house costs, market demand etc and I am of the view that the detail provided was positively received and the issue of non-delivery of private housing in Tipperary better understood. It is also clear that the First Home scheme is having no impact on Tipperary as the build cost cap is too low for it to be economically viable to the building industry.
