Following consultation with Focus Ireland's Policy Unit within the Advocacy team, CEO Pat Dennigan sent an email with an accompanying document which set out a series of recommendations for Government stakeholders to respond to the evict to sell crisis resulting in landlords exiting the private rented market and tenants becoming homeless.
