Specific Details Request to speak at the Engineers Ireland 2022 National Conference

Intended results To seek the views of a Senior Government Minister on the subject matter of our National Conference - the theme of which is Engineering in a time of Challenge: Innovation, Decarbonisation and the role of Engineers. There will also be a chance for the Minister to engage with delegates on questions and hear views. Engineers and their work are important in fulfilling the ambition of Government initiatives such as 'Project Ireland: 2040' and supporting Government in its climate targets.

Our National Conference is taking place on 19 October at the Convention Centre Dublin. It is a key learning event for the broad membership of Engineers Ireland. Note that Minister McGrath will attend that day and will address the membership. The invitations issued in June 2022.
