After discussion and consultation within the cross-industry Irish Dematerialisation Cttee. a written response further clarifying the issues and proposing the necessary change, including a draft Statutory Instrument, was made on 5 Sept. ‘22 to the Dept. of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
