Meeting (1)

I met with Councilor Fiona McLoughlin Healy to clarify how the zoning on my property had been changed from the 2003 Newbridge LAP, designated Housing/Infill to Open Space/Amenity in 2013 area plan. I only became aware of this change in 2015 when one of my children enquired to build. My conversation with Fiona was to inform her of this history, and of my intended application to Kildare Co Council to reinstate the original zoning, prior to the vote on the upcoming Newbridge area plan, but not to sway her vote.
