Specific Details MS Ireland contacted a TD to raise a PQ on our behalf regarding the Disabled Drivers Medical Board of Appeals. We were made aware that the Board was non-operational which resulted in people living with MS and other conditions not having a mechanism by which to appeal decisions made regarding their application to the Disabled Drivers and Passengers Scheme.

Intended results We intended to have a PQ raised in order to confirm when we could expect this Board to resume.
