Informal communication (1)

IPRT's Legal and Public Affairs Manager appeared alongside Senator Barry Ward in a UCD student debate around prisons, and spoke with Senator Ward afterwards on key issues of penal reform (including around the regimes within prisons) that might be of interest. Initial discussion held about holding a future meeting with Senator Ward.
