We met Michael McGrath (Assistant Secretary at the Dept of Finance, not the FF Minister) on 25 February 2022. In the meeting, we discussed the EU regulatory agenda with a particular focus on how elements of the regulatory agenda will impact our investment funds and investment management activities in Ireland. More specifically, we discussed EU legislation relating to investment funds which is currently under consideration: AIFMD, UCITS, ELTIF and the upcoming review of the MMF Regulation.
