UKIFDA emailed Minister Naughton to request the Minister apply a relaxation of Drivers hours and WTD to enable Oil Distributors to provide essential supplies of Oil. This request was as a direct result of the conflict in Ukraine resulting in unprecedented demand and shortage of supplies.
