Intended results Raise issues of importance to Inclusion Ireland during the final stages of the Bill in the Dail and the Seanad. The issues included the following: Make a commitment to expedite the enactment and commencement of the Assisted Decision-Making Bill. As a matter of priority, commit to establishing Decision Support Service (DSS) and introduce a code of practice for informal decision making with the involvement of self-advocates. Review all current Wards of Court in line with the timescale set out by law. Close the office of the Ward of Court as quickly as possible.
