Specific Details The allocation of funding between the two compliance schemes which collect and treat waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) sold before 2005, under the European Union (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations 2014 (the WEEE Regulations).

Intended results Recognition by the Department of the Environment that there is an anomaly in the allocation of funding between the two compliance schemes for the colection of WEEE sold before 2005, and that the Department should work to resolve this anomaly.
