Email of c 16th Sept provides reference to information. Appendix A, : Calculation of population Growth Rates, page 39 There are many new difficulties with the plan, for example the Site Scoring system described on page 20, and the question as to whether we have the water supply and the fire pressure levels to combat high rise fire page 27. While I accept the bone fides of both SDCC and IW we need a clear answer on whether fire flow rates can be guaranteed for all high rise buildings in the county and in particular for areas near Tallaght Town Centre where the council seems to admit a potential resource issue. Other emails indicates there would be a delay in responding but the response went on 16t Sept 2022
