The introduction of Net Contribution Clauses (NCC) to address the issue where two or more parties involved in a construction project are each jointly liable for the same loss or damage. 2. Mandate realistic levels of PII as in the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) 2014 sliding scale. 3. Mandate for a six year limitation of liability
