Specific Details Requested a meeting with the Minister to present the findings and recommendations from SOA's "Roadmapping a Viable Community-Led Housing Sector for Ireland" publication.

Intended results To secure a meeting/presentation with the Minister or his advisers/senior staff to discuss Community-Led Housing and how it can be supported in Ireland through policy. To broaden the Minister's awareness of Community-Led Housing. To encourage the Minister to acknowledge and support Community-Led Housing in both the Affordable Housing Act 2021, and in the Housing For All strategy, in line with the recommendations from SOA's published research. To confirm that the Minister had received a hardcopy of SOA's publication, which we had previously posted to the Customs House.

SOA called the Minister's office a number of times with the above listed objectives in mind, and subsequently entered into email correspondence with a member of the Minister's staff, with a view to discussing the possibility of a presentation to the Minister.
