Intended results To raise awareness among TDs of impact upon cancer patients of car parking charges in hospitals and the use of debt collectors to collect debts owed by patients; To end the HSE policy of using debt collection agencies to pursue cancer patients with unpaid inpatient charges; To secure a cap in car parking charges at public hospitals.
