The GLAI sought clarification regarding the criteria and analysis used to decide not to permit casinos to reopen at level 2 and to enable the GLAI to review whether the criteria and analysis applied was fair and accurate.
Secondly, the GLAI sought engagement to show how the sector could adopt measures to allay any public health concerns regarding the reopening of land based casinos. The GLAI sought amendments to the Government's public health guidelines that would allow casinos to re-open at level 2 alongside wet pubs.
