Three letters relating to suggestions that the Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019 provide a positive obligation to share data in circumstances when the safeguarding of vulnerable adults is necessary for their protection. Data sharing not limited to sharing between public bodies. The provision of a statutory Code of Practice for the sharing of data. The Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019 be fully commenced.
