Discussion regarding Ireland 2040/Programme for Government and if any new State Aid rexation was available from the EU as a result of Covid 19 to reform the Living City Initiative so as to make renewal of our Regional Cities possible in the context of Balanced Regional Development and in particular increase the €200,000 cap on expenditure allowable for taxation purposes
