Intended results That Budget 2021 would include SVP recommendations in regard to income adequacy, education, housing and homelessness and energy poverty, improving the supports and services for people on low incomes in Ireland.

Meeting the with Minister for Social Protection to introduce the Minister to the work of the Society and to outline our priorities for Budget 2021 in regard to income supports for lone parents who are working, benchmarking social welfare rates against the cost of a MESL, increase in the fuel allowance and income supports for younger and older children. 8th of October

Virtual Meeting (1)

Meeting with the Minister for Finance as part of the Community and Voluntary Pillar to discuss Budget priorities regarding social welfare and income adequacy. 9th of September
