Professor Greer attended a business briefing on 15 October 2020, organised by the NI Chamber, and discussed cooperation in the research sector across the island in the context of Covid-19 and Brexit with Mr Simon Coveney TD.

Professor Greer, in his capacity as current President of Universities Ireland, met the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research and Innovation Science, Simon Harris, on 23.11.20 to discuss cooperation in the Higher Education sector across the island in the context of Covid-19 and Brexit.
