Specific Details 29th Nov 2020. , c 10.00 AM Two TCC members had approx 45 mins Zoom meeting with DSW TD, Francis Duffy and his parliament assistant to discuss housing in our constituency. The discussion included queries on the cluster of Strategic Housing Developments and focus on Build-to-Let the in the pipeline for Tallaght, and the cumulative impact that would have on building a sustainable community. Queries were submitted on population targets for Tallaght and the Naas Road Masterplan.

Intended results An answer in the apparent discrepency in population growth rates in public document, need to esure SHD process is more rational, has larger apartments, is not over clustered in one area, and does not displace industry

A delegation of TCC had approx 30 mins Zoom meeting with DSW TD, Francis Duffy and his parliament assistant to discuss housing in our constituency.
