Specific Details DEBRA Ireland's ongoing Advocacy campaign for outreach nursing support in the home of patients living with EB, Epidermolysis Bullosa. DEBRA Ireland proposes to fund the nurses role for one year at which point it is hoped the HSE will make it a full time, permanent HSE funded post.
