Submission (1)

The General Scheme of the Criminal Justice (Victims of Crime) Bill 2015 will transpose into Irish law Directive 2012/29/EU establishing minimum standards on the rights, supports and protection of victims of crime. Our submission highlighted aspects of the Bill that we wanted to see changed or strengthened and those that we endorsed.
