Staff member in a Depaul Service emailed Councillor Mannix Flynn to ask for an exemption from Parking fees for the duration of shifts during the Covid-19 crisis. Mr Flynn passed the query on to two members of DRHE Brendan Kenny and Mary Flynn who responded to the staff member to say they would need to liaise internally on this. Staff member contacted Mr Flynn unknown to senior staff in Depaul and has been spoken to since.
