Letter All TDs Letter of invitation sent by email to the launch of the Primary Care Partnership Consensus document entitled: Primary Care: a Framework for the Future, which took place on Wednesday, the 13th of April 2016. The document has been prepared following interactive workshops which took place at the inaugural Primary Care Partnership conference held in January 2016. The consensus document addresses a number of significant points including: How Primary Care can better function with improved access to services; Improving primary care access for home / residential care; Prevention is the cure / Healthy Ireland; Integrating primary care and maximising technology. The NAGP believe that if the policies outlined in Primary Care: a Framework for the Future are implemented, they will transform primary care and the Irish Health system,
