Specific Details Pre Budget Submission and funding application in respect of 2020 aimed at ensuring ongoing financial sustainability for the Voluntary Hospices Group (VHG) submitted in my capacity as Chairperson of VHG on their behalf. in addition, the submission of a formal application on behlaf of all Section 39 Funded Hospices for a re-designation to a Section 38 Funded Agency, with one member seeking re-designation to that of a HSE run Hospice.

Intended results Additional HSE funding in 2020 aimed at ensuring financial sustainability for all VHG Hospice providers and a re-designation for all Section 39 Hospices to either a Section 38 or in the case of one Hospice to that of a HSE run Hospice.
