To raise the lifetime cap on qualifying gains for CGT Entrepreneur Relief to €15 million To improve the performance of the Key Employee Engagement Programme. To prioritise infrastructure investments in the Greater Dublin Area. To ensure stable funding of planned infrastructure projects under the National Development Plan. To increase female labour market participation.
