Request that DAFM officials formally engage with counterparts in DAERA to discuss and agree what procedures need to be in place to facilitate cross border processing of milk in the event of a no-deal outcome. Request an all of government approach in the ROI (DAFM, Revenue, Dept of An Taoiseach, FSAI) to agree the procedures, permits and certification to allow NI sourced milk to be processed and sold as part of normal business operations or, in the event of OPR/IPR arrangements, equivalence.
