The Association of Farm Contractors in Ireland (FCI), the national association representing Agricultural/Farm & Forestry Contractors in Ireland, is pleased to send you its 2020 Pre-Budget Submission following extensive and countrywide meetings of our membership during 2019. Some of these proposals contained in this Pre-Budget Submission are intrinsically linked with the issues of taxation, the implication of a no-deal Brexit on the agricultural economy and the continuing Black Economy within the sector.
