An email titled "Reaching the potential of the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Climate Action" was sent to all members of the Committee on March 20th, 2019. The email urged Committee members to ensure the significant potential of the Committee process was fulfilled, by ensuring the launch and communications around the Report focused on the significance of the document, the significance of the consensus built on a vast range of actions, and the substantive mandate to Government that the Committee report represents.
