Email All Oireachtas Members The Criminal Justice (Rehabilitative Periods) Bill 2018 [PMB] introduced by Senator Lynn Ruane is an important step towards embedding the principles of rehabilitation and reintegration, and allowing people who have served their punishment and who have moved away from offending to move on with their lives. Information was sent to all Senators in advance of its second stage debate in the Seanad on Wednesday 13th February 2019, including IPRT analysis of the Bill and results of a survey among people with convictions histories.
