Intended results 1) support for mental health first aid training in the European Parliament 2) introduce a system or assessment of all nursing homes which would determine, a ‘dependency grading’ for each nursing home. This could be in the form of a tool that HIQA could apply when they register or inspect nursing homes. Mandate the NTPF to use the grading when allocating funding/setting the fair deal rates & HSE nursing homes to be allocate funds based on the same grading scheme.
