Representatives of EU ministers at the Informal Transport and Environment Ministers’ Council meeting in Amsterdam were offered test drives in a range of highly automated vehicles, in order to demonstrate their capabilities and ascertain scope for further engagement under the Dutch EU Presidency. Mr O'Leary was assigned to a BMW Group vehicle as part of a wider EU-level association event.
