Intended results The European Commission's revised EU ETS could adversely impact Irish based industries competing in global markets, for example outline concerns of industry regarding awarding of support for indierct costs in certain Member States. Need to secure flexibility (as introduced in the European Council conclusion of October 2014) in reducing GHG emissions in the non-traded sector.
