Discussion with Deputy Stephen Donnelly, Fianna Fail Health Spokesperson on the need to ensure that the seperation requirements laid out in Section 22 of the Bill were aligned to and compatible with existing Fire, Disability, Health & Safety and Planning Regulations. This clarity was required before reatilers commenced on an extensive and costly implementation programme accross 2,700 stores nationwide.
