I wrote to the Chief Executive of Roscommon County Council raising ISPCA concerns about an unregistered, unlicensed dog breeding establishment in County Roscommon whichwas discovered by ISPCA Inspectors and brought to the attention of the local authority. I called for the owner of this breeding establishment to be prosecuted by the local authority for operating a dog breeding establishment illegally.
