Intended results To provide the Department with observations on the draft regulations including how they could best achieve their intended objective by providing for both existing and new debt issuances to be covered by the new legislation, and to advise on certain technical drafting considerations to ensure the new regulations will apply to Bank of Ireland, as an unregistered company (established by charter in 1783).
