Specific Details The organisation asked the Housing section of Meath County Council to fund the replacement of 10 windows in our emergency refuge accommodation building. We became aware that the windows and sills were broken and were a health and safety risk.

An initial email was sent and approximately 6 emails in total followed up by a phone call regarding the request and a later phone call regarding the decision to fund the replacement of the windows. The request was initially sent to the Director of Services Housing, Community, Libraries and the Arts and was passed on the senior executive of housing within that department who dealt with us on a day to day basis.
