Meeting (1)

As part of the Community and Voluntary Pillar the INOU met with Ministers Brendan Howlin and Michael Noonan on 17th September to discuss the forth coming Budget and what is needed to ensure that the economic recovery is inclusive of people who are unemployed, parenting alone, living with a disability, have caring responsiblities, living in rural areas, are older, younger, managing on an insufficient income. People who would benefit from a budget that has at its heart a strong commitment to social inclusion, equality including gender equality, and the realisation of human rights.
