Access to vehicle repair and maintenance information is crucial for the Independent Aftermarket Sector. In view of the Plenary vote on the new Vehicle Type-Approval Regulation we invite the EU to adopt the Dalton Report. The changes adopted so far in IMCO represent an important step forward, and will have a positive impact on the correct operation of vehicles and their emissions, road safety, public health, the environment and consumer choice in the aftermarket care of their 285 million vehicles in the EU.
