Specific Details Irish Rail were launching a pilot project to reduce travel arrangements being dropped from 24 hours to 4 hours. IWA felt that going by their plans of reducing man power this wes doomed to fail

Intended results IWA wanted to see an ongoing plan that would allow for needs of people with disabilities equal access to Irish Rail so there is no need to give notice of travel
