What is the directive you gave to the grassroots campaigners? To sign a petition - I am calling on the Government to immediately establish a Climate Justice Fund using the revenue of the Carbon Tax to meet our international climate finance commitments. A Climate Justice Fund would ensure our climate finance is new and additional to Ireland's overseas aid budget.
