Intended results Deliver Oxfam's key messages on the critical nature of the migrant and refugee crisis, the need for urgent humanitarian assistance and cooperation by EU member states in responding to the crisis in line with international law at domestic and international level. An increased urgency in Ireland's response to the crisis both through our overseas development programme, at domestic level through the Refugee Protection Programme and as an EU member state. That DPOs would be cognisant of the recommendations in the December 2015 NGO Coalition report "Protection, Resettlement and Integration: Ireland’s Response to the Refugee and Migration ‘Crisis’" Launch report "Protection, Resettlement and Integration: Ireland’s Response to the Refugee and Migration ‘Crisis’"
